I visited fast fix jewelry and Watch Repairs. I was super impressed, and satisfied!. I was assisted by Gavin#12. I came to get a Battery for my watch.They stand by work, and even gave me a watch Battery Warranty!

Brought in a Versace watch, only charged $26 for a band resizing. Only took them less than an hour and it was ready! Also gave back the bands taken off for the resizing incase of any future resizing. Amazing customer service and amazing people! Keep up the great work you guys do!

First time customer here and will be returning for any future repair needs. I went in for a battery replacement. The drop off and pick up was quick and simple. My watch was ready for pickup in 30 minutes.

I’m really happy with their quality and strong customer service. I have a specialty watch that has a battery more difficult to change. I got the warranty and I’m so glad that I did. I will keep coming back for that watch and all of my watches. I’ve had only positive experiences! I really have to shout out the female associate at Opry Mills who was willing to let me pick up my watch even after they had just closed. She’s wonderful for doing that and she didn’t have to! She saved me a drive and the hassle.

The shine on these rings really makes them feel rejuvenated and everyone behind the counter is professional and informative. On their advice, I bought a necklace from another store as they didn’t have what I was looking for. It broke at the clasp and five days later I was repairing with them again, which they offered to do for free! I insisted to pay for their work and advice, as they also were offering to exchange the clasp entirely for a more durable fit. Great work and worth purchasing from as they will take great care of you as a return customer!

They fixed my eyeglasses quick and fast. I was in and out less than 15 minutes. Staff was nice and professional.

Excellent service I have been replaced the battery set the timing and the date on my watch and take out a link so they could fit it for my wrist for every day use. They were quicker than I expected. They only took about 15 minutes to do all those changes and they were extremely professional. Five star rating.

I have a Citizen eco-drive that I have owned for 12 years that finally quit charging. I took it in and they immediately diagnosed the issue. 1 day later I had a perfectly functioning and cleaned watch that looked brand new. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate the customer service. Highly recommended! Update- I have returned with 3 additional watch’s, one for a friend of mine who says his watch has never worked better and 2 Fossil watches for batteries. Fast, reliable and inexpensive.

I took a very special bracelet in to be repaired. I really didn’t know who I could trust. It was given to me by my granddaughter. I found this great place online and it was really close to me at wolf chase mall. I was so pleased. They repaired it within 15 mins and for a price so low I could not believe it!! I will take all of my jewelry to Fast-Fix from now on when I need jewelry repairs. Thank yall so much!!

Great service extremely fast and friendly. Very helpful as well as knowledgeable, I picked up a new bracelet wasn’t quite a fit initially from the manufacturer, so they ordered what I needed asap. #1 satisfied customer!

The guys did great work! They sized my ring quickly and accurately and verified its authenticity. I appreciate the one year warranty as well. I'll definitely return in the future for other jewelry repairs.

I went 15 minutes before closing and was willing to return to pick up a watch battery replacement. They were very courteous and fixed promptly, since no cleaning required on my type watch! I have used fast fix twice. Once to replace a lost diamond setting. And again to replace a watch battery,. I opted to add the 5 yr warranty which includes free battery replacements for a small fee. Both visits were efficient, friendly & FAST. I recommend their service.

Always precise, friendly and fast. I take all my watches to Fast Fix. Whether for a battery change, a pin fell out etc… they can handle every day Swiss watches and luxury watches as well. Great service.

Was helped by the manager who was very nice and fast. He set the time on my G-Shock. A feat that neither I, nor the other watch guy who put a new battery in could achieve. Great service! I learned my lesson. I will gladly drive across town to have them do any future fixes.

The process was swift!!! The two gentlemen that serviced me were very kind, communicative and very thorough. I went in to have my battery replaced and was out of there in less than 20 minutes. They’re also very affordable.

The fast-fix watch store located in the wolfchase mall are the guys & girls to see when you want any jewelry or watches and especially for any repairs or refurbishing they did an amazing job with my watch and movement.

The Fast-Fix staff are experts at their craft. They created a specially designed coin necklace for my granddaughter. They were fast, and they kept me apprised every step of the process. It was a pleasure to do business with Charlie and The Fast-Fix team. Thank you! I highly recommend them!

Repairs always completed as promised and staff really nice. Needed a clasp repaired on anklet and they took care of if. Also noticed the hook on the other end needed to be replaced and took care of it also. It was ready within an hour, cleaned and looks new. I'm a repeat customer and always pleased with the service.

I took two Brighton watches to the Wolfchase store. Lindsay assisted me. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased two watch batteries & the extended 5-year warranty for only $5 more (ea.) She said the replacement of the watch batteries would take about 15 -20 minutes. I didn't mind because I needed to finish shopping. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a text 10 minutes later informing my watches were ready. Thank you for prompt & friendly service!
